Website Redesign
The redesign project of Waatea News' new website was a challenging but rewarding experience for me. My goal was to create a modern and visually striking design that better reflected the rich cultural heritage of the Maori people, and that made the site more engaging and user-friendly for visitors.
The first step in the redesign process for me was gathering information about the Maori culture and the target audience for the website. Once I had a good understanding of the project requirements, I began working on the design concepts. After several rounds of revisions and feedback, I finally arrived at the final design, which features a clean, modern layout with bold typography and a black and red colour palette.
The final design was well-received by the client and the website was launched successfully. I am proud to have played a part in helping to bring the rich cultural heritage of the Maori people to a wider audience.
